Studio Rules

  • NO SMOKING ANYTHING..... PERIOD!!

  • We use surveillance cameras inside the unit for protection of our property & for our guests.(Dressing room does NOT have any surveillance cameras)

  • Set up & clean up should be time managed inside of your booking time.

  • Rental includes for up to 5 people. Additional attendees, 6-10 people OR up to 11-15 people, can be added for an extra cost.

  • No P*rn or Full Nudity

  • No Refund is allowed for booked time not used, or any add-ons not used (including additional attendees)

  • Furniture & Light fixtures may be moved around as long as it is placed back to where they were when you first got there.

  • Treat the space as if it was your own. Clean up & leave space the same way you found it.

  • Elevator size: H x 7.5ft W x 4.5ft D x 3.5ft Door has opening of 2.5ft

  • Pets are allowed for a $75 “Add-On” fee

  • Food & catering is allowed as a $75 “Add-On”

  • Alcohol is allowed as a $75 “Add-On”

  • NO use of glitter, flour, chalk or paint.

  • We are NOT responsible for items left in the Studio after your booking.

  • By booking, You agree that we are NOT liable for any loss or damages to you or your personal belongings AND for any personal Injuries obtained due to the use of the studio space during or after your booking time.

ALL Bookings Sales are FINAL

  • No Refunds if canceling under 48hrs of booking time

  • 50% Refund if canceling 2-7 days before booking time

  • 70% Refund if canceling 8+days before booking time
